Processing Orders
Wholesale orders are MADE TO ORDER and may take up to 4-6 weeks from the day of purchase. Individual candle sales are promptly shipped the same week of your order. Resale orders require purchase agreement.
Private Label and Resale
Private label and sales for resale may be subject to additional fees and separate purchase agreement.
Shipping
All orders placed in the US are shipped via USPS. Soma’s Aromas will only ship on a Monday for all orders during July and August, unless observed holiday- in which your order will ship the following day. All orders are fully insured with provided tracking. If your package status shows delivered and you did not receive your package, it may have been stolen. Soma’s Aromas is not responsible for stolen packages. A delivery status releases us from all liability. If you would prefer signature delivery, you must put this in the comments section at checkout or give us a call before placing your order. Please note: Soma’s Aromas reserves the right to require signature delivery for any package at any time for any reason at our discretion. If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is. All reports of lost orders must be provided to Soma’s Aromas within 10 days of order ship date. If delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, we are not responsible for any missing packages or items from a package.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us immediately. A full refund or exchange will only be made if candles are defective, in new (unused, undamaged) containers and packaging, and you must notify us within 12 days of delivery. We do not offer a refund or exchange if the scent is not to your liking, natural changes in wax, glass adhesion, or improper storage. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If you receive an order where we have made an error, please contact us promptly after order confirmation has been sent to your email.
Pricing
It is our goal to ensure product pricing and information listed is up-to-date and accurate, however Soma's Aromas is not responsible for any errors or omissions on our site. We reserve the right to cancel an order or items within an order where the pricing is found to be incorrect for any reason. Prices and availability of each listed product or ingredients used, are also subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in distribution conditions.
